The gel color must be the same as your received during your original service. We offer a 7-day guarantee on our gel services! If for some reason, your gel manicure chips within 7 days, we are happy to provide a complimentary gel fix to the affected nails. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we have the right to shorten or fill up your appointment with another client. We ask that you give us 4 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Groups of three or more that do not show up without cancelling in advance will be charged the full price of all services originally scheduled. Group Cancellations/No Shows: For parties of three or more, please let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not cancel and do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your service.
